This is still up for sale but I'm not selling it on ebay anymore. I had bought this on ebay as a 'brand new in box' offer for $135 but upon receiving it found out that it's open and some of the internal packaging looks iffy. Everything else looks brand new but I've realized it would be hard for me to sell something like this over ebay. I'm willing to negotiate a price but I'd still like to keep this within the $135 range.

Craigslist would be your best bet, as that card since being used/bought on ebay has no warranty anyhow. Its technically used, and a new card is only $139.99 and that includes a warranty:
