FS: Intel Pentium Dual-Core E2200

Up for sale is my Intel Pentium Dual-Core E2200 CPU that I bought from Newegg for $85 ($80 now) on April 17th, 2008. The processor is in excellent condition and there is absolutely nothing wrong with it. I simply upgraded from the E2200 to the E8400 not too long ago. In terms of overclocking, I had it up to 3.25GHz on an air cooler.

I'm asking $50 shipped for the CPU alone, or $55 shipped for the CPU and stock heatsink/fan. (USA Only)

The stock heatsink and fan is brand new with the thermal pad still applied, I purchased an aftermarket cooler for it and never installed it.

Here is a link to the CPU on Newegg: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819116063

hmm i might want it but a little pressed on money right now since i just blew it all on the new maximus II forumula. how much voltage did you have to put through it to get that 3.25ghz and was it on you current ds3l? i might need a week or two to scrape up 50 bucks :[

It was on my Gigabyte DS3L (P35). I honestly don't remember the voltage though.

So if no one is interested in this then I'll just keep it until someone wants to buy it, or maybe I'll put it on eBay.

JlCollins, sorry but since I'm not dying to sell this right away I'd rather wait for someone to pay what I'm asking, which is still $30 cheaper then what Newegg is selling it for, plus free shipping.

Hey Geoff, i dont mean to be a bother but i thought you had the q6600 on the p5k, and you only bought the e2200 once you had the ds3l?

Yes, I had the Q6600 on the motherboard I sold you, then I bought the E2200 with the DS3L. Around a month ago I bought an E8400 to replace the E2200, and it's been sitting in my closet the whole time.

oh i only say that because you said that you took the e2200 to 3.25ghz on the P5K. or did i read it wrong?

EDIT: screw it it doesnt matter, sorry to threadjack.

Oh my bad, I did say the P5K but I meant the DS3L that I'm using now. Thanks for letting me know, and thanks for the free bump :P
