FS2004: Computer has ran out of available memory

I keep on getting this message when I'm using FS9. "Computer has ran out of available memory. Run disk cleaner..." etc. Anyone know a quick fix or is it scenery I've recently installed?

P8Z77-V Pro
i7 3570k 3.4GHz
16GB ram
1TB hard drive
GTX 670 2GB

How much space do you have left on your hard drive?

It could just be FS2004 not being coded for 64 bit, so it could be a 3.5~GB throttle.

I've been running FS9 on Win7 x64 since Windows 7 came out and haven't experienced any issues. How big is your paging file?

700gb ish.

I downloaded a patch for 64bit to enable more than 2gb or something and seems to work for now.
