FSB Limitation

Hello there i am soon to be upgrading my CPU to a Intel Core 2 Quad Q9400 @ a FSB of 1333, i am interested in overclocking it to quite a degree (Probably around 3.2GHz to 3.5GHz. But doing this will therefor increase the FSB. So my question is will my motherboard, a Gigabyte EP41-UD3L, be able to work if the FSB increases due to overclocking? As i do not think it would support a FSB above 1333.

Gigabyte motherboards in general could be overclocked, but it is better to read the manual that comes with it, esp. if there are BIOS settings that enable you to overclock the motherboard.

Try also to visit overclocking forums, and see if your specific motherboard brand & model does support overclocking, and to what extent without damaging it.
