FSB up, HT Link down

Why is it that whenever I raise my FSB too much the HT link goes down (along with the RAM speed)? See my specs in my sig below.
 
The HTT should be kept at the motherboard default (usually 1000MHz) otherwise it gets unstable. But if you haven't changed the HTT multiplier then it shouldn't have gone down. And the memory speed shouldn't have gone down if you didn't change the divider either.
 
I should also add that he tried to set the HTT and RAM manually to the higher speed, but it still went down.
 
Weird.. How much do they both go down? Was it ever working properly? Maybe the HTT in the proc is screwed up, was it overclocked aggresively?
