FSBT Voltage

I am using Asus PC Probe II software. Every couple of minutes a message pops up that my FSBT voltage has dropped to 1.10v.

In qabout 30 seconds the voltage goes back to 1.12v and the error message goes away.

Does anyway know what FSBT is and how do I solve the voltage problem?
