FTP problem

Here's my dilema, I have been using exploror(not internet exploror, just exoploror, by going to start shearch, for files or folderes thenusing the adress bar, then going to file, log in) and It has been working fine for a couple months. Now when i try and uplaod something, on my PC it says it there, rbut if you try and acess it its not there. Also my host put something up there to test it(trying to help my problem) and that works, YET when i look at it though FTP its not there, AND all the old stuff i suposidly uploaded is still there. It seems like it's like its not really conecting or something, but then the old stuff and the stuff i trye to uplaod is their so im confussed.

If you can even understand my problem, does anyone have any idea's?
 
First off, if I'm not mistaken, when you type any address into exporer, it switches over to internet exporer. Eh, but whatever... It's a very crappy FTP client...

Have you tried another client, like Filezilla? I used to have lots of little problems with IE's FTP, but since I switched, I have no problems at all.
 
nope it stays in exploror to me... it was working fine untill a day or two ago...

Is filezilla free? is it made by mozzila?
