FTX 770 or GTX 960?

Hi there, I recently put a post asking about which card I should buy. However the r9 280x was suggested, but I found out that my PSU will not run it, so now I'm tossing it up between the GTX 770 vs the GTX 960.
 
The 280x and 770 require around 600 watts while the 960 only requires around 450 watts. From your other thread, you have a 700 watt power supply, so it seems you are fine. However, what exact model of power supply do you have?
 
on the memory express website it says it requires 750W and and two 8-pin connectors. My Cool Master PSU only has one 8-pin.
 
Your power supply has 2 - 8 pin video card connectors. Trust me, you only need what I stated.
 
sweet thanks. I actually phoned memory express and the technician said the same thing. Looks like I'm getting an r9 280x
 
Yeah the 770 is better. 280X is still a really good card too but I'd do the 770 if I were you.
