Fujifilm FinePix E550 problem

Hi guys - I hope you can help.

I have a bought new camera the first time i switched it on to use it I pressed zoom, which it started to do but then I get a message saying "Zoom Error".

The camera has never been used before and I'm not sure why it does this, any ideas would be appreciated.

Send it back for a replacement. It's new so it's under warranty.

This is a common issue with FujiFilm cameras. I believe the only thing you can do is send it back to Fuji.
