full size windows?

a simple question here, when i open a link in IE its always comes in small size window screen. i want to have it in full screen size. i know that you could do this by stretching the small window to full size but i want to know if this could be done automatically as in that i dont have to stretch windows that when i open a link in 'open in new window' it will automatically be in full size window.

I'm not exactly sure how to make them go full size, but you can stretch it to the size you want(IE taking up the whole screen) then close that window with no other IE windows open. The next one you open should be that size...
