I have a Soltek QBIC 3801 which I bought some time ago, it's only a 250w and I'm somewhat convinced that the infinte nv4_disp loop errors I'm getting are tied with using this PSU on a 6800GT, a FusionHDTV 1 card, 2 7200rpm IDE HDs, a DL DVD Burner, etc. (I'm also somewhat convinced, maybe incorrectly, that using USB connectors that connect to separately powered HDs are related to this as well... who knows). Anyway, this infinite loop error is pissing me off so much now that I'm willing to buy like a 500W PSU to test on this to see if there's another factor involved.
It's irrelevent to me what I buy right now, I'm just curious if a fullsize PSU can be used with a SFF box, or do I have to buy specific PSU made for SFF? I'm considering upgrading anyway so I'd rather have a fullsize PSU I could use for this case anyway until I get more parts.
I hate nv4_disp. Kind of makes me want to switch back to ATI, I NEVER had such a serious problem with their cards before.
