That's funny, I had to call MS a few hours ago, the guy sounded a lot like that, I had NO idea what he was saying, lol. I need to call them again tomorrow, I hope this guy speaks good English, lol.

Lol...actually, one of my reasons for liking PayPal customer support is their customer support agents speak English, with no accent!
