FusionHDTV7 not working right

My TV tuner is really starting to piss me off. When using it, it tells me my signal strength is 100% but I have a black screen and no audio. I checked my antenna and it was perfectly fine. I did a channel scan and it came back normal. But, I have no audio or video. Soooo wth?
