G.Skill 2gb(2x1) Ram now $40 off & free s/h

What can I say? Although they aren't a big name company such as Corsair or OCZ, their stability and performance match and surpass them.
 
The brand is fine. I haven't heard of many problems with them working on 965 based boards (when they were still new and having problems ith all kinds of ram), or any other board for that matter
 
excellent RAM!

i have it and love it and cannot believe the price!

(runs at DDR2-800 at 1.95v and i tigtened the timings to 4-4-4-12)
 
G.Skill used to have problems with 965P motherboards, but 965P motherboards have gone through enough BIOS revisions that it isn't an issue any more.
 
Awesome. Bought these two gigs. For 160 thats a great price. From what i read in the reviews, The only con is you need to bump the voltage to 1.9 or 2.0. Im going to try it with the automatic setting first though.
 
they were $20 off for the longest time but when I saw $40 off I thought I should post it since this is the ram I see most people recommending on the board for builds

its a great buy. 1.9-2.0 is for optimal, and you can tighten the timings easily to 4-4-4-12 at that voltage, but it doesnt OC unless you go to like 2.1-2.2 which i wouldnt do

its sweet RAM though, cant beleive the price
 
GET IT NOW! you guys dont know how good it really is. if you are thinking about upgrading or just want amazing RAM, get it!!!!!

I just bought these, a psu, dvdr, and a 320gb hdd for the current build I'm doing. This is like half of the build done already, unfortunately I'm going to wait until probably May to order the CPU and GPU :(

They will, but I dont know why you would want to do that, you would also disable dual channel.
