G-skills rma not replying

I am trying to rma a memory stick to g-skills.
I have filled out the form and attached it to the email
I have done it twice now 2 weeks apart and nothing.
have you guys had any experience
any help with be greatly appreciated.

did u check you spam box?
happened to me before with other vendors, their reply went to my junk mail and didn't notice till weeks later.
