Hey

I recently spilled some Pepsi (Little amount) on my keyboard (Logitech G15), and I immediately, rinsed it with distilled water, and afterwards opened it and cleaned every part with Alcohol (94%).

Now after trying it I found a few errors:

(--_) – Supposed to create a plus (+) without shift, and a question mark (?) with shift.

Without shift:
Creates a +, as it’s supposed to, but then also creates a backspace (Deletes the +)

With shift:
Creates a ? as it’s supposed to, but then also creates a backspace (Deletes the ?)

(+ =) – Supposed to create a (´) without shift, and a (`) with shift.

Without shift:
Creates a ´, as it is supposed to, but then also creates a `.

With shift:
Creates a ` as it is supposed to, but then also creates a *.

The list goes on with about 5-6 more errors. Does anyone know a way to fix this error?

Yeah you don't want to waste a perfectly fine pepsi, cost alot of money you know them pepsi's.

kidding

Guess that means you have to get a new keyboard...:( And a very costly lesson to learn... keep liquids away from electrical components.

Yep, but I asked Logitech, and they said my warranty doesn't cover "Pepsi Spill" :-/

Well, come on, you don't tell them you spilled Pepsi on it. You just tell them it started going crazy one day. Make sure you haven't broken any seals when you took it apart and remove all traces of liquid damage you can.
