G5 Quad and AMD Opteron and Intel XEON

i know the new G5 is quad cpu's but arnt the AMD Opterons and Intel XEONS because the AMD Opterons are 2 cpus aswell there dual core making it quad and aswell there x64 i know the Intel XEONS are the same but i dont know wthere there x64
