GA-X48T-DQ6 makes long beep sound

I switched my after-market CPU fan to the stock 1 i got with my Q9550 because i was getting around 50c idle temps with my asus cup fan.
Now when i turn on my pc i get a loud annoying beeeeeeeeeep sound, the cpu fan spins for a few seconds then stops while the beeeeeeeeep sound keeps on going. No picture. The long anoying beep sound is comming from the motherboard.

Anyone got any idea what could be causing this to happen?

Ok i found a soluton to this problem after hours of yelling at my cat. There was a tiny clump of dust on my cpu, must have somehow got there when i was changing fans. My first impression of the beep noise was that something was half dead on my motherboard or i had broken something. Never had seen this problem before.
