gamepad help pls

hi, recently i found my old gravis gamepad pro http://www.ciao.co.uk/Gravis_Game_pad__5434080
and i tryed to plug it.. then realised that my CPU dont have this serial port (chucks) that the gamepad uses to connect
my Q is if there is any way to connect this stupid serail into a USB using some kinda transmitor or connector... dunno.. or any other way i can use that old crap pad

I'd check out RadioShack and see what type of converters they have.

Buy a new USB pad for 20$ instead of paying 30$ for the convertor.
