Gamepad port to USB adapter

I got this device at a garage sale hoping to bring new life into my old racing wheel that had the outdated 15 pin game port. The device appears to need a driver that XP doesn't have. I cannot find any information on the adapter. The brand appears to be InterAct. Here are some pictures:
