gamers and windows 7

So i went and downloaded Windows 7, to test out too see if windows 7 worked with wireless-G. Well simply put it does. I know with vista id get random lag spikes while playing games online. With windows 7 it does not happen, even though it was on windows 7 64bit, and my drivers are for windows vista 32bit(only).

Hope this helps some people out. PS W7 is great!

well installed it last night and wen tried to install bitdefender 2009 it gives me the finger. tried alot of A/V's it just doesnt seem to be compatible gonna try bitdefender 2010 tonight i hope it works

The free version of avast works great with W7 x64. I have it on this system.

hay well i installed bitdefender 64bit and used my normal 32bit account and it runs perfect

i think u should run a light weight antivirus untill the official release of 7. I suggest u run avast.

That's true I don't think there should be to many threats to worry about before the official release.

Microsoft Security Essentials is supposed to release the same time as Windows 7.

It's super light, like NOD32 and works great. :good:
