Hi. I recently noticed that the Windows games just dissapeared. (Solitaire,Freecell, etc) I did a search, but no luck. Is there anyway to get them back w/o having to reformat? Thank you.

...From the control panel ->add/remove programs -> add/remove windows components you can re-install the games.

my computer didn't come with a disk. Who am I asking to email me?

Well, if you purchased the computer OEM.. you must have the disks... and if you bought the computer used with not disks.... you are in a bind. And if you do not have the disks because you got your OS illegally this thread will immediately come to an end...

EDIT:

and by emailing, Trizoy meant all you have to do is ask someone to email you the games.. they are located in the C:\WINDOWS\system32 folder...

open up My Computer - C: - Documents and Settings - (choose your username here) - Start Menu - Programs. then create a new folder and name it "Games" without the quotes. this should do it but post back and let me know.

Look at the last part of my previous post... that is where the .exe's for the windows (Solitaire,Freecell, etc) games are... Creating a blank folder in the start menu wont magically make the games reappear...

Trizoy... I try and give people the benefit of the doubt that they can add 1 + 1 without me having to tell them 2....
