games for old and slow computers?

my old pc died so now im on a 6 year old dell..

P4 1.8Ghz
128MB RAM
Integrated GFX

is there any games i can run on this.. i like sports games, shooters, rpgs
 
Starcraft! Some of the old star wars FPSs um, the original Doom :p THPS2 maybe 3 The old Tomb Raider games older Mech Warrior games...anything made over 10 years ago

CZ recommended requirements (from the anthology box)
800 mhz cpu
128 megs ram
32 meg plus graphics card

You should be able to run it probably not on full with only 128 megs of ram

Maybe Unreal Tournament 2k4, if not then Unreal Tournament 3, Team Fortress Classic, Age of Empires 2, more to come later...

all the classic RTS games.... starcraft, diablo 2, age of empires etc.

for FPS you have thief, thief 2... both great games... erm... duke nukem series etc. what im getting at is you have a lot of options :D

command and conquer red alert 2 requires

pentium 266mhz
64mb ram
2mb direct 7.0 graphics
4xcd rom

im guessing the first red alert is less

If you buy more RAM then it will def. make that system run much better. 384mb should really be the min for gaming on any machine, even that old.

I would suggest 512mb or 768mb , whichever is the cheapest to achieve.

Command and Conquer Generals should be able to work fine, I got it to work on my old walmart bought Emachines.

Plus, it is a very fun game to play.
