Games freeze upon adding new RAM

My RAM setup is as follows:

IMax 512MB DDR PC2700
HTL 512MB DDR PC2700 <---I added this one newly

Ever since i added the new 512MB, everything is fine except when i play games, the games freeze and i have to restart my computer. I have updated my BIOS and have the latest Nvidia Drivers for my 6200.

Maybe the latency timings have something to do with it, i have posted pictures using CPU-Z. I have run a memtest and no errors seem to be detected.

How many passes did you let memtest run for? You should let it test the RAM at least 2 times if not more. The timings shouldn't matter, is the RAM the only thing you added?
