Gaming computer Build Help

Could anyone help me with a gaming computer build/setup that could support most of todays games such as battlefield 3, world of warcraft, skyrim etc on high settings with no lag. And also run fast and be responsive when just using the computer on the internet etc.

So pretty much could anyone recommend a setup that does the following. Also i dont know that much about computers so dont expect me to understand, just tell me the parts to buy . and also could you try to make the links to buy the parts Australian websites just to make shipping easier for me to buy, thanks.

One more thing, My budget is around $400-$550 and could mabye go to about 600$ if neccesary.

can you spend any more, i put together a build bit it's already 57 and doesn't have a gpu, but it has everything else. but if you can spend more this is with a athlon x2, and you want more than that.

ok, for 587 you can get a decent little entry level card, but i'd recommend saving up to upgrade the cpu and gpu in a year or 2, which i did pick a am3+ mobo so you can do that.

$400-$550 will not handle battlefield 3 at full settings. It's just not happening. You could play it on low-medium settings, but that's debatable.

Do i need a fan aswell?

do you mean case fans? if so then no, the case comes with one and nothing in there is very hot, but if you upgrade anything later on you might want to grab a cheap one. also like claptonman said, this isn't going to give you any good settings at high resolution.
