Gaming computer (Criticism welcome)

Unless you want SLi and high memory frequencies I suggest the Gigabyte GA-965P-DSx series, they have all-solid capacitors and are inheritley cheaper than the eVGA board.

for the motherboard, if you arn't going to be using sli i would save the money and get a board that doesn't have sli.

for the memory, i would suggest going with a better brand like corsair, also something with lower latency like this:

For the hard drive, I definatly reccomend a sata 3.0gb (not 1.5) drive.

for the video card, i suggest getting something a little beefier. Maybe a 7900gt. like i said it would be better to get a non sli board and spend the extra money on the video card. Its better to have one better performing video card than two not so as good performing video cards.

for the psu, i've never heard of that brand, personally i'd go with something liek this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16817341001
but its really up to you.

For HDD, I will choose Seagate, coz 5 year warranty
And you prepare to run SLi? If not, you don't need such expensive M/B
For GPU, although I haven't try this before, it sounds good deal for Zalman cooling fan included.
And if you have extra money, may be use cheaper M/B like Gigabyte GA-945P-DS3 or ASUS P5B-E. And spend more on GeForce 8800GTS
