Another question I had was about my PSU, if I got one that wasnt SLI ready could I save some money? cause im not looking to use SLI.

Dont buy that power supply, if you want to upgrade to a better one, this is an awesome power supply which can handle dual 8800GTS's, and more.

I would wait a week before you buy the e6400 and wait for the e6420 so you get it with 4mb cache. and it'll be $30-$40 cheaper than what the e6400 is right now

If you want to save money on the PSU, the Enhance ENP-5150GH is a great choice. Not the sort of thing you'd use for SLI'd 8800s, but more than sufficient for your current setup, great quality, and under $70.
