Gaming Computer help

Hey, new to the forum and computers in general.

So I know next to nothing about what it takes to make a good gaming computer, I was hoping to get some help from somebody on this board.

I'm looking to buy something around the 1000 dollar range (closer to 750 but can go higher) and it needs to run a game with these specs at minimum:

Processor: 3 GHz Dual Core or 2.66 GHz Quad Core
Memory: 4 GB
Hard Drive: 4 GB Free
Sound: on-board or better
Graphics Card: GeForce GTX 250 or Radeon HD 4850 or better*
Please install the latest drivers from your graphics card manufacturer!
Broadband Internet Connection
Integrated graphics hardware is not supported

Any input is welcomed.. Thanks.

What game is it? And at $750, your looking at something like:
1. i3 CPU, maybe i5.
2. Gigabyte DS3 or UD3.
3. stock cooling.
4. CX500-600 PSU.
5. 500GB/1TB HDD.
5. 8GB DDR3-1600.
6. A case.
7. 7770, or 7850 graphics.

It's Battleground Europe, also known as WWII Online..

I left it for 3 years after a major update for it left my computer unable to run it. But they've added a bunch to it so I'm getting back into it.

How well will what you listed work to run this type of game?
