All of this adds up to $400.17 shipped.

I would appreciate any thoughts and/or ideas with changing anything that I have here. Thank you in advance.

Don't get the fx5500, it's a horrible card. Also, you're best off with a larger harddrive, 80gigs is usually the minimum.
 
Id try and get a 7600GT instead of the fx5500, it may raise the total cost some but it'll be way better.
 
as a guy with a fx5500, if ur building new skip it, it really does suck.. although it will play pre 2000 games good... but nothing current unless you like low lowest settings and 15 frames a second... HAHA
