just wondering if someone can help me build a computer for around 700 usd. computer should be able to play WoW and CoD4 on med-high settings. I dont need a monitor, would appreciate the help. ty in advance

HD3850 may max it out, but it can't beat the 8800GT ;)

8600GT will most likely NOT max it out, or have a hard time doing so. I'm not if it can even max out BF2. If you're running XP on it, it'll just get worse.

That PSU does not have a 39A 12V, you can't simply add each rail's max together because that is the max PER RAIL, not altogether. So say you have 2 rails that both support 18A, but there is a max of 300W for the 12V. The equation would be 300/12=25 meaning 25A max spread out between the two rails.
