I have a limited amount of money at about 1000$, that I need to spent on different parts to build my gaming computer. I currently play on a laptop that can last for another year if needed. But I would very much appreciate if it was possible to find parts to build a great gaming computer for less than 1000$ - which I think it is, I've found several "guides" on cheap gaming computer parts, but I haven't found exactly what it is, that I want.
I want it to be able to play World of Warcraft with the graphics on either 'high' or 'ultra', which I've been told doesn't require that many parts, and most of them is possible to get cheap.
I want it to play it in 1920x1080 of course. I might use dual screens, so I'll need a graphic card that can handle two HD resolution screens.
I'll be using either Razer Megalodon 7.1 Surround Sound headset or the Steelseries Siberian V2 headset, so it will need some sound configurations.
I will also appreciate if I can be able to run several CPU eating programs like Skype, WoW and FRAPS at the same time. Still without getting a major lagg on WoW or something like that.
And I think that's pretty much it, I'll be very happy if anyone can help me with this. As I said, I have been looking around on the internet for parts that may be useable, so I'll write them below, and I would like to hear your oppinions on the different parts compared to what I want to be able to with the computer.
I should point out, that I do have a computer already, that got all parts for a computer to work
However it sucks, but if you think some of the parts from it doesn't need to be replaced, please tell me, it will save me money.
Here are some of the parts I've been looking at:
- ASUS P5QL PRO iP43 Socket 775 8 channel audio ATX Motherboard
- Intel Core 2 Duo E7600 3.06GHz Socket 775 1066Mhz 3MB Cache Retail Box Processor
- Seagate 750GB Hard Drive SATAII 7200rpm 32MB Cache
- Sapphire HD 5770 1GB GDDR5 Dual DVI HDMI DisplayPort HDCP PCI-E Graphics Card
Let me know about your ideas ^^
