Gaming Desktop for (D3 & Dota 2) $750ish

I have a case that I want because of the handles haha but my friend said AMD are generally cheaper for processors but i've always had intel....Anyone want to help me with a build? And btw, will 750 be a good amount for D3 to play smoothly?
