You could probably get a better motherboard for the price. Not sure what you want, but the P35-DS3L may be better.

Also you may want a more powerful PSU.

MB: As ppl said be4, Get GA-P35-DS3L. If you have more $$, get MSI P35 Platiinum

HDD: Seagate Barracuda 7200.11 ST3500320AS 500GB 7200 RPM 32MB $125

OS: Microsoft Windows Vista 64-Bit Ultimate OEM, You need 64bit to run over 3GB RAM
But I personally will choose Preinum instead as most ppl will not use all features of Ultimate. The $70 saving will go for a decent CPU cooler

DVD Burner: Get a SATA one, e.g. SAMSUNG SH-S203N or LITE-ON LH-20A1L-05

RAM: G.SKILL 2 x 2GB DDR2 800 F2-6400CL4D-4GBPK, Better brand, with 4-4-4-12 $155

Your LCD Monitor, although I am no expert in it, the one you choose is 8ms, too slow for gaming. Look at spec., SCEPTRE X24WG-1080P Black 24" 2ms DVI Widescreen seems good, but I have no idea with this brand.

DON'T get a westinghouse monitor. I sold tv's and I saw sooo many WH's returned its not funny, and their customer support is garbage. Do you really need a 24' screen? I'd suggest a 22' Samsung or something more reliable.

Ditto. Take my mom's 19" Widescreen for example, it's one year old. My 17" Acer thats 3 years old has an better resolution and more sharper. The WH was also 2x the Acer's price... Totally not worth it.
