Gaming graphics card

US, Well, I asked because I needed an idea of how much it was in american which 70 quin (pounds) is 102, or 103 in american. I have found a few gpu's for you. These are in american but you get an idea.

Geforce 7900GT is a PCI Express x16.

There is this one, It's a EVGA GeForce 8600 GT

This one is MSI 8800 GTS, I couldn't find the power supply requirements.

And If you want to spend a little more like aww 85 quin, you could get this one, again I couldn't find the power supply requirements

Agian these are American but it gives you an idea. Don't take my word on this. Ask around, get opinions.

Quid, not quin.... :P

Those are all great cards. The 8800GTS is the best, but i think youll need a MUCH better PSU to run it...

I think a 4670 would be great, but again get a better PSU, maybe a gig of RAM (it makes a huge difference).

Good PSU makes are: Enermax, Corsair, PC power and cooling, thermaltake toughpowers

But the best quality is corsair.

kornowski is running:
Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 @ 3.4Ghz
EVGA 750i SLI FTW
4GB Crucial Ballistix @ 850MHz
2 X 8800GTS G92 in SLI
Corsair HX520W
Seagate Barracuda 500GB 7200.11 & WD 120GB
OCZ XTC RAM Cooler

thats 2 x 8800GTS G92 on a 520W PSU...

So give corsair a try, you wont go wrong...

lol whatever! I never heard of it before. Quid lol Sounds like a sea animal lol.

Yea, corsair is AWESOME, I have the 1000 corsair psu. a bit overkill but you never know.:D

with your rig, i dont think so...

And you said you might get the GTX 295...

But yeah, corsair PSUs have a knack of powering rigs that are beyong the capabilities of the PSU... (eg kornowskis rig...)

i think it might be cause its single 12v rail, but whatever it is, it works...

Im gonna get myself a TX750 (along with my GFX card, i just need prices to drop, eg, one GTX 295 in the us is the same price as a 4870 1Gb here in South Africa... I know, its terrible, feel my pain... )

so its not overkill at all...

If prices were like the prices in the US (im in south africa), i wouldve had a Core i7 rig with GTX295 in SLI a long time ago...

damn the exchange rate and import taxes...

Errmm, i'm sorry.
It can't be a long time ago lol they just came out.:P

you know what i mean...

I mean cmon, the price of one 4870 1gb is $500...

on newegg, its $250 - $300

prices are horrible...

thats why i gotta pick my choices so carefully, cause to upgrade like that again costs too much, so i need the best...
