Gaming Laptop Decision

I'm in the market to buy a gaming laptop. I'd say that my price budge would be $1700. I've been looking at alienware and origin laptops. I'd like the laptop to not be too bulky. What laptop would be my best option? also, what options on that laptop would be best? thanks, alex

never buy alienware, they aren't too bad for the lappy itself, but you're paying out your a$$ for the name and a limited selection. for the money these 2 are prob the best deals, and also if you can spend the bit more the 6990m on 1 of them would prob be a good upgrade
