Gaming Laptop Purchase Question

Hello,

I have recently decided to purchase a new gaming laptop and have a question about my GPU/CPU and would like some advice.
I have the choice between these two CPU/GPU combinations:

4th generation Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4710HQ Quad Core Processor + Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600
4th generation Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4510U Dual Core Processor + 4GB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 850M Graphics

Which one will be better for gaming?

The bottom one. It has a slightly worse processor, but a WAY better GPU which is what is important for gaming. How much are they?
 
Thats what I thought just wanted to make sure. I'm not sure about the price of each unit, but the first one is about $100 cheaper. I'm certainly willing to pay those $100 though if its significantly better... thanks for feedback

EDIT: Will I be able to run most games at mid-high settings with decent FPS?
