Gaming Motherboard

Hey all!

Ok so i'm looking for a motherboard that will support my Nvida 8800 GTX to the MAX. i was looking at EVGA 132-CK-NF79-A1 LGA 775 NVIDIA nForce 790i Ultra SLI DDR3 ATX Intel Motherboard. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813188025

however its quite expensive and only takes DDR3 ram, which is way too expensive right now. so im looking for the next best thing, which takes DDR2. any suggestions?

eVGA's similar 780i chipset version. It's pretty much the same board except it's DDR2.

well if your willing to spend the much on a motherboard that is a good one!

^^ It's better than the 790i because it uses DDR2 ram which is ALOT cheaper.
