Hey everybody, I'm new to the forum and just had a quick question for you all.
I've been looking for a gaming notebook that I can take to college and I found these two:

I was just wondering if anyone thinks these notebooks would do well as gaming notebooks. The games I play on my computer right now run pretty slow on the lowest setting, and I'd just like to smooth that out, even if I'm not up to the absolute highest setting there is. My current computer has 502 MB RAM, an Intel Celeron 2.66 GHz Processor, and a GeForce 6200.
If anyone has any other notebooks in mind, any input would be greatly appreciated. Price range is around $1,000 to $2,000, but I'm willing to go just a little bit higher.
