I need to make sure all of these are compatible, I am intermediate in building and I am fairly sure these should all work together; but a confirmation would be great.

I have been told that the e8400 is easy to overclock to 4.0ghz and is only 160 dollars im not sure how high you can OC that one too but just giving you a way to save a couple bucks

I don't think SLi support dual monitor, please double check!
I would suggest to get 780i Mobo for SLi set-up
RAIDMAX is not really good brand for PSU. May be OCZ GameXStream OCZ700GXSSLI 700W ??

I believe the new series of NVIDIA drivers will support dual monitors under sli.
