Gaming PC - Cant Run Gta Enhanced Graphics?

Any graphics mod I install it seems to lagg GTA IV. And my computer isnt shit ...
These are my computer specs:

Windows 7 64-bit
Intel Core i5 3.30Ghz overlocked to 3.40Ghz
8GB-RAM
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 Ti

When I install the mod it doesent even run on the lowest settings.
Withouth the mod, I can manage the very best settings, Full graphics ...

Or is my computer just shit ...

Not sure what your issue is. Your computer is definitely not crap. Far from it. That's a very good machine. You may have some compatability issue with the mod because your computer far exceeds the recommended system specs for the mod.

Which patch have you installed?,and maybe you should try this one,it worked for me

I have patch 1.0.0.7 or whatever, the newest one. Can it be some kinda bug?

A lot of mods require 1.0.4.0, though they may work with 1.0.7.0 but have bugs.

You should repair it and put the 1.04 patch and then this graphics patch

Have you applied any script or any kind of mod other than the graphics mod?

Noo ... except xlive.dll which I cant run gta without because of the "Microsoft Windows Live" update )
