Gaming PC HELP

Hi,

I want to build a good gaming pc(not a work pc) with a budget of 1000$(Canadian), taxes and shipping not included. I also own the screen, speaker, mouse and the keyboard. And I have already buy a GIGABYTE GeForce 9800 GT OC 1GB http://www.ncix.com/products/index.php?sku=35035&vpn=GV-N98TOC-1GH&manufacture=Gigabyte , but if you think this is not a good graphic card I can buy another one for the pc I will build. I am not a expert on computer just to advised. I want a pc that can run all game at the maximum setting and smoothly (I don't care about Anti-Aliasing). And if is in my budget a good Blue-Ray/DVD/CD reader for movie and installation or at least a good DVD/CD reader.

P.S sorry for my bad english I am french, but I can read english pretty well.

The 1GB reason is because my father gonna buy a HDTV 40 inchs and maybe plus and the Blue-Ray is to plug the HDTV to the computer to watch movie.

So without the price of the graphic card, that will cost me 1073,92$(canadian and without taxe and shipping and warranty product).

I want to know what you are thinking about all these item and if I need another part(like if I have missing some part)?

I already have the monitor, motherboard, mouse and speaker!

Sorry, my fault

I just see the motherboard are not compatible with Intel(in Processors Supported), so I want to know if this AMD Phenom X4 9950 http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=4219606&CatId=3496 for 240,99$(canadian) will be compatible with the motherboard. I know I see they said is are compatible, but they only show AMD Phenom and not AMD Phenom X4. Just to make sure, to not missing my shot! And I want to know if is a good processor, or need to change the motherboard for a Intel compatibilities and keep the Intel Q6600
