Didn't know how to actually phrase my question so ill put it into some detail is it cheaper if i look for the parts of a gaming rig off of new egg or something and buy the pieces individually or buying a rig that i customized off of

Also if it matters ( i have never built a computer before but im sure i can find guides.) Here is a computer that i customized on cyberpower
http://www.cyberpowerpc.com/saved/1DRHJB which to me is pretty pricey especially sense the standard shipping is +75 dollars which is a lot in the terms of money i have. Also is that computer to much? Because im basically trying to make a computer to mainly play mmorpgs on not to replace my consoles as this computer is reaching its age and i want to be able to play games like Archeage, Terra, Blade and soul when they come out. And games like Dragon nest and vindictus as my computer can barley handle those 2 games. So yea advice please?
If it helps my budget is probably $700.

You'll be better off doing it yourself and with that budget you can get a good tower that can handle most of the latest games and MMO's with ease. But do you also need a new screen, copy of windows, peripherals, etc, or do you have those already? Regardless, here's a $700 tower to get you started:
