gaming rig questions

Okay guys, so I'm finishing up my gaming computer and came up with a couple questions.

First, how does PC input work on LCD tvs? Is it like DVI input or no? My GPU is going to be the 8800gtx. Would a 27" or 32" samsung LCD stretch the screen too bad or anything? I'm using this for movie/TV playback in addition to games. Can anyone recommend a good cheaper brand or is that not a good route to go down?

What sorts of internal TV tuner cards work with vista premium PVR software and have an FM tuner? I'll be using a standard coax cable signal and would maybe like a composite input too. I can't find any anywhere. Willing to spend < $150.

Can anyone recommend a nice-looking big lighted case for ~$100 or less? That would be cool.

Thanks for the help!

Just use a DVI to HDMI cable to the HDTV and bam you're done. It's what I done with my 42'' TV. Nothing special for Vista.

the screen wont have the visual quality of a smaller lcd, something like a 19", and the refresh rates decline the larger the screen, so gaming will provide moderate/heavy ghosting. but if my warning wont deter you, (yes i have tried an HD 32" LCD, so im not blowing smoke,) just do exactly what theresthatguy said, and i dont recommend using s-video, im not sure its as good quality-wise as straight DVI

video tuners are very cheap, and the quality is pretty much the same on about all of them, the only differences would be the options, like recording and such. you wont have to spend 150$ if you look on newegg for one of those.

for cases to ~100$, this is for functionality and simpleness, (which i prefer,) :lian-li case

and this one mixes up functionality with style: thermaltake case
