Gaming Screen Problem

Ok when i play a game the half of the screen is completely black and the other half is the showing

overal: so what im trying to say is, that half of my screen is black and other is normal

and i noticed it did that only with bad graphics but it doesnt do it when its in good graphics.

plz someone help!
