I used Imageready CS to do it. I made three duplicate layers, one (background) 100% opacity and two duplicates with 50% opacity, one with high gamma settings and one with low gamma setting.
Hey Punk, don’t take this the wrong way, but, what exactly were you trying to achieve? It just looks like you have underexposed the image. You could have achieved a far better look with a simple levels adjustment layer.
