i think he means where you can like make your own songs and stuff.

you can use sony acid pro or M-Audio. just to name a few.

Audacity is more like mixer stuff and you have to play around to get to know it well... After about a couple days of nothing more than screwing up good music, you really get to know it...

nah, there's NO garageband for PC, buy a Mac...lol
or you can use a free windows alternative, dunno any of them since im not really into music and stuff
