GARRRR I think my PSU is bad

So when I first got my gtx 285 everything was fine on 32bit xp. then i installed 64bit vista. my counter strike source stopped working correctly, it made my computer hang and only farcry2 worked. i then installed cod5 and when i played it my computer would restart. after that started, css would make my computer restart too, instead of hang. then everything started to degrade, i would watch a movie and my comp would restart. i reinstalled and updated my nvidia driver to no avail so i reinstalled vista. now it restarts randomly even without doing anything graphically intensive . im thinking maybe my psu is going bad after trying to power the gtx 285. it an 80+ 500w antec. i know its on the low end but i figured it would be juuust enough to power it. i guess i was wrong. does this sound like psu problem to yall?


EDIT: my computer just froze while browsing CF. Im gonna run otheros but i doubt my cpu is unstable because it ran 6 hourse @ 3.5 just fine and now its at 3.2

im thinkin im gonna go to frys and get a new psu. for the longest time i thought it was because i had a 64bit now instead of 32. but then i realized i got the card and the 64bit OS at the same time.
 
wow turns out my RAM is bad after all this headache. I ran memtest and windows ram diagnostic and orthos so many times and it never found a problem. ill just be rmaing it. easy fix...
