I just bought the ASUS and I am well pleased with it. Very nice size and an amazing HD monitor for the price. I paid $215 couple weeks ago so not sure if they have raised the price nor do I have any experience with the gateway. There is no going back for me it makes my old 19in look pathetic. I have not been a big gamer but this might turn me into one as nice as 1080p looks.

I see that Gateway got rid if the ones you can adjust the height, along with being able to tilt them.

Read the reviews on the Gateway. The 5ms was a typo! It's actually 2ms
