Gateway 400sd4

My uncle recently gave me a Gateway 400sd4. It has a p4 2.4ghz, 512mb ram, and an ATI M6-P graphics card. It was broken but i was able to fix it. The only problem now is i dont have a Hdd becuase he is using it to copy some of his files off it. What I would like to know is if this laptop will be able to run some of newer games out at low settings?

Well, it depends on the game probably.

I would say a maybe... I think that card is like.. 32mb I believe. So it's not really that good for the newest games..

yeah its 32mb but couldnt i share some of the system ram?

probably.. but its no HUGE performance increase or anything.
