gateway g6-180 GATEWAY 2000 its 180Mhz, NO CPU FAN, when i touch it at idle it is warm, as is the EDO ram (4 slots 130MB total) when iget on need for speed, the ram will burn you and the heatsink will melt your skin. i had the pleasure of touching them both for 5 seconds...


why so hot ??? at NFS just leaving at the beginning screen get it hot
 
Im surprised you can run NFS on a 180Mhz processor, and actually have it playable.

The heatsink will be warm, especially since it's a passive design. The RAM will also get warm but should burn your skin.

I'd say that if the games and apps run well, theres no need to worry.
 
no at idle on desktop its nice warm, when running some games, NEED FOR SPEED HIGH STAKES III, it burns.. can anyone help me locate a can i can attach to it :cool:
